杭州市2021年技能类人才引进落户政策

<p style="text-indent:2em;"> <span style="font-size:16px;">日前，杭州市人民政府下发《杭州市人民政府关于调整完善市区户口迁移政策的通知》，对落户杭州的政策进行了一些调整，其中包含了高技能人才落户政策的调整。</span> </p> <p style="text-align:center;"> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">&nbsp;申请条件</span></strong> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">1、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">具有技师（二级技师）以上职业资格人员（45周岁以下，不含45周岁）；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">2、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">具有高级工职业资格人员（35周岁以下，不含35周岁）；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">3、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">获得高级职业资格证书的我市高级技工学校应届毕业生；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">4、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">其中</span><span style="color:#3771BB;font-size:16px;"><strong>1、2两类人员</strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">需在杭州市区同一用人单位连续工作满3年且持有在杭申领的有效《浙江省居住证》，并在杭州市区有合法固定住所，第</span><strong><span style="color:#3771BB;font-size:16px;">3类人员</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">需在杭落实工作单位，可迁移户口入杭；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">5、</span></strong><strong><span style="color:#3771BB;font-size:16px;">随迁条件</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">：本人符合落户条件且在杭拥有合法固定住所，其未成年子女可随迁，满足市外夫妻投靠条件的，其配偶可随迁。</span> </p> <p style="text-align:center;"> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">申报材料</span></strong> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">1、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">迁移人员的户口簿（或户籍证明）及身份证原件；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">2、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">毕业证书原件；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">3、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">本省、本市职业技能鉴定部门颁发的职业资格证书原件；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">4、</span></strong><span style="color:#3771BB;font-size:16px;"><strong>社会保险缴纳记录证明原件；（已缴状态3年</strong></span><span style="font-size:16px;">，高技能人才落户除了需要提供个人专用参保证明外</span><strong><span style="color:#3771BB;font-size:16px;">还需提供按单位打印的历年参保证明、按年度打印的历年参保证明，原件各1份）</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">5、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">与用人单位签订的有效期一年以上的劳动合同原件；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">6、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">本人在杭合法固定住所的房产证原件，本人合固定住房中有房屋共有产权人需提供所有产权人出的同意落户证明。</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="color:#3771BB;font-size:16px;">拟落户地注意事项：</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">高技能人才落户只能落户在在杭合法固定住所。</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">7、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">结婚证原件（随迁配偶和未成年子女需提供）；</span> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">8、</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">出生医学证明原件（随迁未成年子女需提供）。</span> </p> <p style="text-align:center;"> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">办理流程</span></strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-size:16px;">1、申请人可登录</span><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">浙江政务服务网</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">进行线上申报，或向派出所（行政分中心户籍）提出申请，提交相关材料并选择结果送达方式；</span> </p> <p> <br /> </p> <p> <span style="font-size:16px;">2、审核通过后，</span><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">省外迁入</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">的核发</span><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">《准予迁入证明》</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">，迁移人员需持身份证及《准予迁入证明》，回原户籍地派出所换领</span><strong><span style="font-size:16px;">《迁移证》</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">，再持《迁移证》到落户地派出所领取户口本及身份证。</span> </p> <p> <br /> </p> <p> <strong><span style="font-size:16px;">省内迁入</span></strong><span style="font-size:16px;">的无需再回原户籍地办理，收到户籍窗口短信或电话通知后，方可本人前往落户地派出所户籍窗口办理户口本及身份证。</span> </p> <img
